Welcome to Dillweedz Cafe!

Dillweedz Cafe, in downtown Springfield, recently opened across from the Mass Mutual Center on Main Street (in the old Frigo’s location). Dillweedz serves breakfast and lunch Monday through Friday.

The cafe has food for all appetites. For the healthy eater there are better breakfast options like egg whites, turkey sausage, or a cup of local, fair trade, and organic Pierce Brothers Coffee.

At lunch time there are many great salad options, wraps, and soups. If flavor is the main concern, try a warm Panini sandwich or a sandwich invented by a friend. Our regulars have created some great ones, and some weird ones. And if the sandwiches aren’t unique enough, there will be plenty to talk about since spoons and forks are made from potatoes, and the “plastic” containers are made from corn. You can talk to the owners, Laurie and Chris, for any large (or small) party needs.
